Our wedding and events team will be here for you and your group, just a phone call or text away (we will be posting a blog post about our team in January 2024). Part of having your event here is having access to our events team, whether it's a simple question about event flow, help with selecting decorations, or coordinating a more delicate situation between friends and extended family. We are here to smooth things out and highlight every lovely detail you want to remember forever.

We roll out the red carpet for our guests (literally). A doorman greets your guests and welcomes them into the 1906 historic building. Music echoes through the hallways adorned with colorful abstract masterpieces by Derek Hambly. "A very theatrical venue", The Castle has wow factor in every room. The grandeur of the sanctuary coupled with the ambient stained glass lighting and acoustically perfect space has attracted symphonies, orchestras, bands, and weddings from all over the Midwest and beyond.
Our clients are given access to the Castle for their entire wedding weekend and are allowed to decorate and stage their event in the surrounding days. Including a furnished bridal suite, multiple prep rooms, bathrooms, and plenty of secret passageways, The Castle is a one-stop-shop for weddings and offers convenience that is unparalleled in the industry. Our Rooms
Full Castle
This is a 30,204 SF sitting on 0.43 acres, overlooking downtown Beloit. You and your guests will have have full use of each space to create a memorable event; from the Golden Hour cocktail loft that is over looking a 1906 church setting, to 3 levels below in our Banquet Hall best suited for late night dancing or large dinners. Entire building capacity 1,200.
The Sanctuary
A spectacular pipe organ is the focal point of an acoustically balanced room with a soaring ceiling and tastefully understated gothic architecture. Large stained glass windows cast filtered light on curved oak pews. The Sanctuary features a state-of-the-art audio/video system including a full-size movie screen and is ideally suited for music, lectures, weddings, multimedia presentations or expos.
The Banquet Hall: Stage and dining hall is complete with an elevated full stage flanked by a stone fireplace. Perfect for any musical or theatrical performance, reception or large meeting. Size 42’x50’, capacity 350. Ask us about using the full kitchen below.
The Garden Chamber
A cozy, wood-trimmed art deco wedding chapel converted into a cafe and avant garden music venue. The Root Cellar has a small stage and is located close to the Castle Kitchen for light dining in a casual atmosphere. Size 18’x36’, seats 30.
The Golden Hour:
Newly remodeled, ornate art deco themed choir loft overlooking the Sanctuary below. Craft cocktails using fresh juices, created by a world traveling bartender and speaker. Size 42'x48', capacity 100.
